After Ethan Zohn became the winner of Survivor: Africa, he dedicated himself to founding Grassroot Soccer, an organization that uses soccer to fund the fight against HIV/AIDs as well as raise awareness for the disease. The organization even developed a first-of-its-kind curriculum that used soccer themes to teach how to prevent HIV. This would, of course, be more than enough to justify Ethan’s placement on our list but he didn’t stop there. Ethan is also a motivational speaker who says that his beliefs in Judaism have helped him with his success in life. Ethan has also survived cancer twice.
