Maya Schulefand
Chief of Staff
Maya is a veteran television producer and creative strategist with over a decade of experience delivering compelling unscripted content for global audiences. She has worked on high-profile productions such as American Idol, America’s Got Talent, The Bachelorette and Beast Games, with major networks including NBC, Netflix, ABC and Amazon Prime Video. A UCLA graduate in Communication Studies, Maya brings deep expertise in storytelling, live production and team leadership.
Elisa Ben Ezra
Director of Development and Operations
Elisa Ben Ezra leads fundraising, manages strategic partnerships, and oversees key aspects of program growth. With a background in international business and psychology, she coordinates TLVi’s influencer labs, develops donor relationships, and builds the infrastructure needed to sustain and expand the organization’s impact.
Amandine Leonard
Community Manager
Community builder and communications professional Amandine Leonard is passionate about creating meaningful connections and bringing people together. With Ashkenazi Jewish roots, Amandine feels a strong personal connection to TLVi’s mission and to strengthening Jewish voices and communities.
As Community Manager at The Tel Aviv Institute, she works closely with TLVi’s growing network of alumni, fostering relationships and ensuring that the connections created through the Institute’s programs continue long after they end.
Adam Stark
Digital Content Producer
Adam is a digital producer with experience in television, digital content, and emerging media. His experience includes roles with ABC News and The View, as well as contributing to the growth of multiple media startups, podcasts, and digital channels. A graduate of Hofstra University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Philosophy, Adam brings expertise in storytelling, editing, and content production. With a passion for creative collaboration, he enjoys working with teams to develop compelling narratives and innovative media projects that connect with audiences.
