Melissa Rosenfield is a dynamic entrepreneur, cultural innovator, and advocate for Jewish causes. She is the founder of IFP Communications, a New York-based PR and brand strategy agency, and pioneered the role of “Director of Vibe” at Viceroy Hotel Group, where she specialized in creating immersive brand experiences.

She is deeply involved in Jewish advocacy, having participated in efforts to combat antisemitism and promote Jewish identity. She has collaborated with AJC and Jewish Federation, was named a 2025 Hero Against Hate by the ADL, and was featured in the Tel Aviv Institute’s Jewish 100 list for 5783.

A Brooklyn native and mother, Rosenfield is also a dedicated supporter of God’s Love We Deliver and No Kid Hungry, and mentors through Unlock Her Potential. In her free time, she enjoys good meals, laughing with friends, and traveling with her family.
